Subject : The present home minister Sri Jana Reddy is fully justified in the Banjarahills police station itself. But the same police acts differently in the cases of common public as per corrupt tunes just ignoring the policies purely on bribery – Presented for action in the interest of public justice- Reg

Whether law & order is totally in the hands of police only and defers  from  persons to persons depending on  cadres , if not so ignoring the Courts  how the Home minister Sri Janareddy is fully justified by the police itself  while registering criminal cases against the land grabbers ?

Where as  more than five thousand housing sites of innocent public including my plot  are grabbed by the roudy sheeters   SALEEM , ALI , CHAND  & others who are tamed pets  of the dangerous inspector Sri Sankareddy  Banjarahills police station who looted nearly two hundred crores. The same  police never reacted as responded now in the case of above said home minister Sri K Janareddy , but so far corrupt police who are bribed  irresponsibly  demands court orders while supporting the land grabbers who are nothing but anti social elements. Then Common public where to cry and  die for justice.

A few cases

1] Gopalpuram   police ignores the court order OS No 39 of 1995 III Senior Civil Judge Secundarabad dated 04-02-2005 for fifty thousand rupees bribe. Where as the Chilakalaguda police implemented the similar time of court orders on the day of 04-02-2008 by inhumanly vacated the poor families residing back side to DBR Complex Sitafalmandi during the rain  also purely on bribery.

2]Plot No 8-2-624/A/B/3/1  at Road No: 11  Banjarahills

Hyderabad is also grabbed by the goondas favored by the same police purely on bribery .

3]Plot of  Mr  P Gopal  who is the real  legal purchaser [  # 30-64/29 at Bharathnagar Old Safilguda  Secundarabad  Cell  9849337308 ]  is intentionally  allowed to encroach by the rowdi pets of police on enjoying major amounts as bribe.

4] Rajendra Nagar police not at all initiated any action at the complaints connected to the land bearing Sy No 226 admeasuring Ac 14-34 Gts situated at Khanapur village Rajendra Nagar mandal 

All the relevant documents are presented herewith for your reaction in the interest of public justice. Including all competent probing authorities, print & electronic media are also informed for appropriate reaction in the interest of public justice.
