The Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) on Friday evening arrested senior police inspector Arun Khanvilkar of the Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) and two others—Chetan Desai and Pintu— in a graft case. They were produced in a court on Saturday. According to ACB, Khanvilkar had raided a gambling den in Mulund last month and detained a few gamblers. The complainant, who approached the ACB, was one among them. He alleged Khanvilkar along with Desai and Pintu had demanded a sum of Rs 2.6 lakh from him to settle the matter.
