Pact Against Corruption

Mumbai: On the occasion of Vigilance Week, 2006, in November, the Anti Corruption Bureau, Maharashtra State, announced the launch of a longterm program "Mumbai - Pact gainst Corruption" (M-PAC) involving collaboration with civil society including NGOs and Activists. The programme has several objectives, among them:

a) To build social conscience and consciousness amongstcitizens so as to prevent corruption
b) To build a sustained mechanism for ACB to engage with citizens/ groups
c) To facilitate joint programs with NGOs, Citizen groups, Edcational institutions, etc. to disseminate information, create awareness, provide guidance; and invite & receive feedback.
